Shipping information
We offer shipping throughout New Zealand. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. We're committed to getting your unique homewares to you safely and efficiently. Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your Unique gifts purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at orders@uniquegifts.co.nz to initiate a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly. We are based in Auckland, New Zealand, so please allow time for shipping.
